I cant load CF

When i try to load CF it says "Please close any program (auto, cheat, crack, debug program) and restart the system." I have scanned for viruses and got rid of all of them and i dont use cheat systems or anything like that. What do i do?

Under the " tool " it should say what file was causing it. 90% of the time these trash things come from surveys. (browser hijacks)

Is it the DNSbasic.dll? or DNServe? or something different?
