PC Build
Hey guys, on the first of November I am going to be ordering parts for a gaming PC that I going to build. I need help with parts, I've been thinking about this build at the moment, but for the price I was wondering if I could get better p`arts for the price that I `am paying.
I have a budget of £800 including postage and packaging to England. Anyway this is build I am planning on getting at the moment.

Just because it's 620 watts doesn't mean it's necessarily cheap. Seasonic is actually a quality brand. It's more than enough for that CPU and GPU. Seasonic, Corsair, PC Power and Cooling are all top power supply manufacturers known for quality and stability.
The 760's max power consumption is 170 watts and the 4670k has a TDP of 84 watts, though that does NOT mean it's the max power it will draw.
The build looks fine, that being said I'd go with a different motherboard and 1600 memory rather than 1866. You won't notice a difference.

He doesn't even need a 500W PSU for that build. It isn't even going to pull 350W from the wall. The Seasonic 620W PSU isn't fully compatible with Haswell, get a Corsair RM550 or a Seasonic G Series 550W. You don't need 1866 MT/s memory, it'll just lower your overclocking potential. Get an 840 EVO SSD instead of an 840. If you don't plan on overclocking same some money and get a non-K SKU CPU. -Gigabyte is fine for motherboard - I use the same brand for 10 years without any problems in many PCs.
-I use the same HD (in combination with a 830 SSD) - it´s ok - sometimes a little bit slow - but for data-storage fast enough.
-Graphic-card, CPU, Power-Supply depends on your budget and is also a matter of taste...I have other favorites - but it´s not bad at all what you have chosen.
-RAM is good at that price range - but I would go for a low profile kit like 8GB Corsair Vengeance LP Black DDR3-1600 DIMM CL9 Dual Kit CML8GX3M2A1600C9 (-because you will have no space problems with the CPU-Cooler! - next point > ...)
-like others say before-no need for a 1866 RAM
-where is the CPU-Cooler ? ? ? - pls don´t use the boxed one for a gaming PC...regardless of whether you plan to overclock or not.
Well cooled PC parts will you save from many problems, and also will extend the lifetime of your PC parts.

Are you kidding me, the stock cooler is perfectly fine for stock up to 4 GHz on Haswell. Well cooled products don't extend the lifetime. Not using extreme voltages does. You'll kill a CPU if you use 1.7v for a few minutes even under LN2. Voltage kills chips. Chips have built in throttling. No, I am not kidding "you"...that´s my experience with building and running PCs stable for many years (I also work as a multi-media-technician, so you can believe that I have some experience)...and overclocking and how you kill your CPU is a difference topic xD.

Im getting a gaming computer in 2 weeks but I don't know whether to build it myself or just buy it straight off yet...
But yeah it looks pretty good for the price your paying.
