Blurry on a specific resolutio

There are two things that always blur on the 800x600 resolution for me. The crosshair and Clan Name get blurred out so when I try to aim/tab my eyes start to hurt.

I have an NVIDIA video card and tried changing my settings there and it's still the same. I'm not sure if its an error in the game itself or my screen. Could somebody explain what I could do to fix it or what the problem is?
