System update issue

hello all, i registered 2 days ago... nd I can not buy ZP points in the game!!!!!
Then I was tried to buy through the z8 website..... But !!! it needs level 5!

Today, i just achieved level 5 in game, but my account shows im just level 3, then I updated abt 2 hours ,it changed to level 4, 10 minutes ago, it showed level 3 again!!!!!!! FML!!!

now it shows level 5 but i still cant buy zp points and said u need to be at least level 5 in cf or fm .....

Could any one help me with this issue? thx

For the zp .. just lvl up to the rank called " master sergeant "
for the update, it updates I think every 1~4 hrs .. so give it a time

thx mate, but level 5 is just Corporal , master sergeant is level 22 .... .lol .....

yw and am sry I meant staff not master .. staff sergeant which is lvl 10 everything works good in that lvl so far.
