Forgot security answer

I forgot my security answer and i dont have access to my e-mail. How can i change my e-mail address without using my security answer?

    1. Go to Support (http://support.z8games.com/)
    2. Click on "Submit a ticket"
    3. Click under departments on Crossfire, Account Administration
    4. Then you click on Security answer
    5. Answer as much as possible questions

    Basically you can't.

    Have you already attempted to submit a support ticket to Account Administration?
    If they're asking for 2 of the 3 pieces of evidence:
    • Account Creation Date
    • Security Question & Answer
    • Or Email registered to the account
    and you can't provide it, they won't be able to help you.

    You are responsible to maintain and remember your own account info. If you were trading or buying/selling an account then obviously you may not have been the original account owner, which is against the Terms of Service.
