Gun Hobbyist Ribbon

Okay, this is the first time i've used this forum so i appologize if this is the wrong place. However, i own 16 permanent weapons (not including M700, M16 and knife.) And i have done for around 4 days now. However, i haven't recieved my gun hobbyist ribbon. Has there been a delay in this or have some of the weapons i own not count towards it?

Owned permanent weapons:
M16A2
M4A1 Silver
M4A1 Custom
Desert Eagle Camo
Golden Desert Eagle
Anaconda Adv
P228 Camo
R93 T2
TRG
MSG
AR-AT 15
Winchester
Scar Heavy Camo
AK 47 Silver
KSG 15
Galil Silenced

I'm pretty sure these count towards to but if there's some sort of bug where the latest weapons such as h TRG and AR-AT 15 then that may me why.
