Host Disconnected 0-3

I've been getting this quite often now.
I'm not really concerned as it's not bothering me that much, but when i go to log back in i'm banned for 1 minute (the 0 minutes is a glitch, right?), so does 1 minute mean i'm actually banned or just a glitch?
