can't download

I download installer and run it. he starting(i see in taskmanger)/ and then process crashes. Help onyone pls what to do.
win7 32bit

Are you running anything elves that runs heavy internet? Like browser pages that load many CPU?

And try to re-download it, maybe your installer is damaged or missing a file.
