Won't Open.

I downloaded and Installed this Game yesterday.
But it wont open after Installing.

I've first played CrossFire in CrossFire Philippines and it run pretty good on my PC. I had uninstalled it a few months ago after being inactively playing it, so this is definitely not a Compatibility issue.

There is no Error Message showing or anything at all, when I click on Start, it just doesn't start.. it just Stops right there.

I've already tried Restarting my PC then Opening it again to Run CrossFire but it doesn't work still.

I've also tried uninstalling it then installing it again. Still the same:
>Open Launcher
>Click on Start
>Doesn't Open

I'm starting to get irritated with this. I really want to play now.

BTW: I'm using Windows XP with DirectX 9.0c

Have you tried launching the client since the patch? It seems your last post was literally two minutes after the maintenance ended.

Send me a PM if that maintenance wasn't the issue.

Still wont Open. Is there a new Patch? How can I manually Patch this.

try opening patcher_cf directly.

and see if your antivirus blocks the game... or turn off your firewall

Check your PC Driver... or re-install the game... why you use Windows XP? Change it to Windows 7 and Direct X 11!

It seems that your process in running CrossFire had bypassed the some of the blocked files in the patcher.

It maybe work if you uninstall CrossFire and disable your real-time protection in your
anti-virus, then install it again making sure that the patcher had fully installed everything.

Did run it before already.. doesn't even open the launcher. Did tried it again, still doesn't work :[

Tried it now.. Doesn't still open.

AntiVirus, Firewall and RealTime Protection [ALL TURNED OFF] While Uninstalling, ReInstalling.

Have you tried to run CF or/and the patcher as administrator ?

Could you open your task manager, then under the processes tab watch what happens with the launcher while starting it? Does it close immediately, or does it stay open? Is HGWC open as well, and does that turn off with the launcher?

Launcher closes immediately at Task Manager. HGWC doesn't open also, I tried clicking on it and does an error.

Won't Open.
