Can not purchase ZP with a credit card

So as even the title says for about last 2 or 3months i am not able to buy ZP with any method from UK, as paypal does not accept the purchase, and no more UKASH and Phone purchases in UK anymore, so how else i can get ZP?

What error message comes up from the card payment option?

Yeah I was able to buy before
I didnt change my card
And error is just simple "An error has occured"

I'm having the same problem with Paypal but the error comes up on the Z8 page and I've been buying other things with Paypal with the same card. This is a Z8 problem and unfortunately I can't send a support ticket to them in the billing section because I need a transaction ID. I can't have a transaction ID if there is no transaction. I need an answer for this too.
