acc issue with z8

so my email was hacked and pass was changed i have sent in multiple tickets but no luck see the thing is i have dyslexia so that makes me forget things unless it was two days but i had all info in my email but that was hacked and i dont plan on getting it back because i cant rember some of the infoi would really like to talk to someone like a boss so i can talk to z8 this disabilty takes away so much from me and i have spent to much money for it to go down for nothing so things like the first email/password, and i cant even rember the security question i even gave them a list of past ugc codes and the transaction code i have a list of past passwords that i kept hanndy but z8 does not care apperently......
