New update and so many hackers....why??

there is a new update for halloween but there is so many hacckers....look like no one care about that...is time to get banned all those I.P. or block those noobs kids... is time to get cf rules more stronger ..if not alot of player will look for another game .....DO SOMETHING PLZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ
