I can't adjust my sound in crossfire. I'm not really sure why, but it just recently happened.

Some of the info:

- I can hear it when "bomb has been planted" but very minimum
- I can hear "bomb found in A/B site" but very minimum as well
- I can't hear gunshots/steps/or anything else besides the 2 listed above.



So basically, I think my sound is on the very lowest for crossfire, but I can't seem to adjust it any higher.

Any suggestions?

PS: The volume on my computer is laptop.

    What laptop are?
    Drivers in your panel control appear all OKAY?
    Your laptop are restored with original CD factory? image factory restore?
    Or some erase all data, and install a new windows?

    There used to be a hack that would hook onto the sound file and basically destroy it. If you have a history of hacking, I'd suggest that you reinstall Crossfire after completely clearing it from your computer.

    Have you checked the in-game sound options? (Options>Sound)
    Have you checked the master volume at the bottom right of your task bar to see if Crossfire's sound has been lowered?
