Failed to execute HGWC

as the title says, i got this error last week and don't know why. I don't know much of about IT or computer, so i deleted all of the Crossfire things and downloaded the game again. After the download finished, i installed CF and played for 1 hour. Then i turn off my laptop because i went out with my friends. When i cameback i could not play and the error still appeared

Anti-Virus is blocking HGWC to start it's process. Add it to Exclusions/Exceptions and you should be fine.

um.........i think don't have anti-virus. If i know correctly, i only have Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and Norton PC Checkup 3.0, which i think may block HGWC (but not very sure becuase i don't know anything about IT). Below is a screen shot of my desktop.

Do you know any programs that may block the HGWC ?

Malwarebytes blocks outbound connections for HGWC. Try adding it to the Ignore list and it should launch.

Sorry to bring the topic up, but now i still can not play CF. I not only added HGWC to the ignore list of Malwarebytes. I also added all of the crossfire things too becuase i thought that i can play the game by doing this way. But the result didn't change, so now i am stuck T_T

If you can, please show me step by step.

p/s: here are what i added to the ignore list.
