Connecting to server please wait

I've download the game yesterday and when im trying to play, i always got an infinite loading screen at different step. sometime it happen when im trying to join a server, sometime when im joining a channel, join a game, login in etc. but i never get in a game. im always stuck at a Connecting to x please wait.

i've disable my anti-virus, disable firewall, reinstall the game with latest launcher, close every useless program (teamspeak, pando media booster,logitech keyboard software, fraps ,etc).
