Pando Media Booster Error

Having some troubles downloading again, tried to re-install the game because I kept getting X-trap errors. Now that I've tried downloading the game again it gives me a Pando Media Booster error saying that I can't connect to their servers when I tried the connection it said it worked so this doesn't make any sense to me.. someone please help.

Never used a nade farm bot nor did I hack, and I tried the connection said it was connected to the server and I tried disabling the firewall already..
