Can't buy ZP!!

So, I tried buying 50k ZP with my Credit Card and I get this message saying, "This transaction has been denied. Reason:Failed to pass security validations." And i was pretty sure that all my information was correct!! Is anyone else getting this problem? And I tried sending a ticket to support but I dont know what the Transation ID is!! Someone help!!

Oh, and it also says, "This transaction has been voided, your card will NOT be charged.
Reason:Failed to pass security validations."

yes I have the exact problem and I know I typed it correctly as I know my details off the top of my head so I don't think you're the only one

Yeah I gave up by paying with card because of that error. Try using PayPal or another payment option, I find PayPal more secure and more simple to use aswell.

I tried. I setup an account and everything. And it keeps on asking me to link a Credit Card to complete the purchase...and it even tells me I have one active card on my account and I enter my information and hit, "save and continue" and it doesn't even go onto the next page, it just goes back to the same page telling me again to link the Credit Card....

I just managed to get zp but with paying through my mobile phone and it worked fine but still wont let me pay through credit card but I had an email from Z8 to email buddishops

email support@buddieshops.com your login ID and they should help you in this problem

If ALL your information is correct when entering your CC information, it may be the bank that's blacklisting the company. You can either call the bank or email the company you're trying to buy ZP from.

I emailed them, and all they emailed back was, "Please note that BuddieShops has recently updated its credit card payment security system. If you deposit through Visa/Mastercard, depending on your account's character levels and the games you play, you will be restricted to a certain maximum deposit limit. So far, you deposit limit through Visa/Mastercard is Maximum $40 for each deposit and ONLY ONE transaction per 3 DAYS." >=(

This update has been made to ensure a safer payment environment. In the future, this limit may be increased. Thank you for your understanding."

They emailed me a totally different response lol

they said to me "The transactions are declined. The reason is "The card does not enough to funds to cover the transaction". Thanks." but I know I put money in my bank lol
