well considerin how he said its his game guard not cf so reinstalling would just still make it pick up as a virus and if he disabled cf he wouldnt be able to play cf...................

cod you have to add the whole g4box file to your exceptions list on your firewall i only know how to do it with avg havnt try'd with any others so for avg its

Tool > advanced options/advanced settings > resident sheild > exceptions > add path > g4box (default location c: > program files) > click ok then apply and done

should be similar with all other anti-virus firewalls
