Error when reporting hackers

I have attempted many times to report hackers on the support page, and I am now receiving an error that says file upload has been interrupted, when it has not uploaded anything at all, and I have no other programs running on my computer. I used to get an error saying that I lost connection when I tried to send in the report ticket. I understand that there have been some problems with this, and I am just wondering if there is anything at all I can do to get the file t upload so that I can report the hackers that I have seen in game. I just want to do my part as an honest CF player to report the hackers that I see so others do not have to deal with their illegitimate game play.
