Hackers?

How am I supposed to report hackers? When I go to submit hacker report, it times out. I have 50mbps internet and have no problems doing anything elsewhere on the internet.

I decided I would submit it as a ticket....wait...wait...wait... couldn't find the server at z8games.com....

Is there an email i could send the report to? Been trying for the last 50 minutes.
