Invalid ID or Password

Hey guys i have my other account which is 2nd lit. i played few minutes with it(lag) and than i quited it and than i played CoH 2 after sometimes i again runned crossfire i typed my password and it was saying invalid id or password,i tried again but nothing my brothers account is facing same thing,only this id is logging in i don't know whats wrong,Caps lock is off i tried my id and password again but nothing is happening same error.I didn't gave my id and password to others only i know my id and password except Z8 and i cant even enter into z8 sites with my other account.
I m not using any other software's only my antivirus was running which is Avast.

Log out.
At the top of the webpage where you would usually log in, on the right hand side of the log in boxes, click on: LOST ID/PSW/Security Answer
Input your email that's tied to the account in question and you'll receive an email with your account details. -
do u think i have extra time to waste joking here.....of course i m serious that was my only account and my brother account is also facing same thing and velxo also as he is saying......i dont have any vips anyone from mods got any answer plz tell me...

Submit it under Crossfire, then Account Administration. Fill out the form to the best of your ability. It usually takes 1-3 days for a response. If you can't do this properly then you're out of luck to ever recovering the account, if it is actually yours. -
Well you are responsible to know your OWN account info. Now this whole thing smells fishy to me.
It may be the case you forgot.... where I would admonish you for not taking the registration process not seriously enough.
It may be the case you are trying to finish off a trade/purchase of an account. Hell you could even be trying to scam or something. I don't know and I don't care.

Well,i didn't sell or shared my account and why the hell should i do that i have only that account and i have submitted tickets from that account about email,they need transactions id which i did't have,didn't deposited any zp.
Can i submit a ticket regarding that account from this account,i know my security answer of that account,and other information except my email.............while this issue happened to my brother account also,he can also not log in etc. -

please some one stole my account today and i am vry very sad for this account please i want from crossfire team to reget it to me please replay ander any reason please ....

Out of curiosity, can you tell us how it was stolen?
@Bear, the OP doesn't know their username/password. Made the same claim for their brother's account. The OP is probably using an alt atm for the forums and the ticket. We can't do anything else for them. It's all in the hands of Support now to sort this out. -

Who said i don't know my username,i know my user name and password,i didn't shared my account information with anyone.I was playing crossfire and than i leaved it due to lag played other game and again i runed crossfire and the error popes up..............
