27 lower Minnesota but Im pretty sure most of the reason depends on internet speeds. Upper MN with great speeds would probably get you around 17-20

Thanks for the replies guys, I think the lowest I have heard was 5 ping somewhere around Buffalo. This was from Jaims. I'm not sure what net he was using though.

5 ping? DUNCE! I live in the area and I know it well closes you'll get is 25 if using University of Buffalo wifi lol

mines went from 14-30 now and i live in montreal... but videotron apparently gives u 12-14 ping

Yep, routing in Buffalo isn't that great. I get 24 ping from my Buffalo dedicated server > Toronto. Speed is decent I guess.

Well, I'm in New Hampshire, so if my internet was good I would probably be getting ping around the 30-45 range, but as of now I get 72-80. It sucks.

EDIT: Just speed tested to Toronto, I should be getting 49-51, what I used to get in CF prior to some patches earlier this year. Apparently something in the CF servers are causing a 25-30 ping increase...

Having terrible internet doesn't help though. Grade: F $:\$
