When i try to login on friends account for a while it says this service is not available for my region. Please solve it for me, i need help, i tried it hundreds of times but i cant, is that because he lives in egypt? And me slovakia?, Please solve it for me

Slovakia is in restricted area and you cant play from there with accounts that have been made after august 2011, also account sharing is against the rules.
