[NO LOVE] CF allows hackers to hack

I get hacked on by a 2nd LT in Escape Mode. This guy obviously didn't care. He had the m4a1 dragon, the mauser dragon, and the kukri dragon. I just love how hackers win the black market. Thank you Crossfire. Your doing great.
Anyways, after being suspicious the entire match, I save the replay for review.

He was shooting me across the map with a m4a1 rifle. I had a AWM and he would just hit every bullet, causing me to believe he has no recoil/spread.

The replay confirmed it.
After the sad fact that CF could do a lot more to prevent hacks, I go ahead and report the hacking POS.

I fill out the form correctly and attach the replay. I click submit and it begins uploading my report. It does not successfully upload, after 3 attempts. So basically this confirmed hacker is allowed to continue doing it.

I search his profile via the crossfire website. I do exact name search and nothing comes up.
Congratulations Crossfire. Hackers run your game. Hackers buy ZP. Hackers are allowed.

And seriously, your hack patch 2 weeks ago, did nothing. I literally logged on 5 minutes after patching and I came across a hacker. Excellent coding skills you got there.

    Just to let you know, reports are not really that accurate as you think they are and if you try it out for yourself you will see what I mean. Go into a shotgun match, save the replay and watch it to see for yourself.

    It can be really hard to find hackers with no recoil in replays but some are more obvious than others. As long as you think they hack then feel free to go ahead and report them.

    Yeah man I tried reporting the guy but it wouldn't submit it. Something wrong w/ hack report system. That's why I posted on the forums... :(

    Damn shame cause this was the most obvious hack replay I have ever seen. It was ridiculous.

    They do get quite ridiculous but at the moment support is not working for me either so I guess we will have to be patient a little while longer.

    Replays would be an unreliable view to look for no recoil unless you know exactly what to look for (meaning it won't be as obvious as say... aimbotting).

    Yes there is an intermittent problem as already pointed out by [GM]Saidin. Instead of complaining and declaring that "CF allows hackers", which by the way is slanderous and soundly untrue; but anyways, you can do your part to help Z8 to receive a technical report from you concerning the hack report upload issue so that they can continue to collect data to then create a better fix so that the end result... of course would be to have a successful upload of the hack report.

    One, I have not been able to report a hacker for 6 months. I have tried every web browser, tried multiple times over the last 6 months. The replay begins to upload, then stops at 1% or 0% and the web site crashes saying "unable to load page."
    Z8 has known about this issue and about 3/5 players complain that they cannot send in reports. I know if Z8 put about 3-4 hours of time into fixing this problem they should be able to locate and fix it. They do not seem to care about the 40%ish of players that are not able to report hackers.
    When I first complained about this issue they blamed my pc, just like the sniper issue that they know about but wont fix. Snipers will literally only fire 4/5 shots attempted for me and many many other players.
    I know Z8 does not condone hackers, though they seem to be a hell've a lot more lenient to those who spend money.

    I don't know how many times we've said and need to say this but, we don't allow hackers. Period. As for any of your hackusations, take them up to support, but definitely not here.

    X-Trap updates were not expected to be removing every single hacker from this game. It was a move to rid most of them. But over the long time span, there is going to be more solutions coming up. In the meantime, all we can do is continue reporting them.

    As this is not a "technical support" thread, rather a complaint, I will be closing this.
