Another halloween map idea for next year

I though of this carefully and we could make a haunted house for next years halloween. It would be a Ghost mode game where the ghosts start inside the house and the global risks wait outside and enter by either:
-the open window that leads inside the basement
-the back porch that will be left open. it will lead to the kitchen
-the front door that will lead to the salon
also in the house there can be:
-a living room
-a bedroom with a huge cabinet where the ghosts can hide
-a bathroom
-a dark and creepy basement
-the kitchen where the ghosts can hide inside the oven
-finally the huge backyard with a shed
The places where the ghosts must plant the C4 is outside near a huge tree with sniper tower/ the second place is the big shed
