Issue with charging ZP: Ultimate Game Cards Being Declined

For some reason my Ultimate Game Cards are not working when I want to deposit ZP to my account. Earlier in the day I purchased one and it went through. However, a little later in the day, I purchased another two more cards and went to redeem the codes, but ended up with an Error saying "Ultimate Game Card payment has been declined" or something along those lines. Just to make sure the cards weren't defective, I bought another one from another store and the same think occurred, which indicates it has something to do with my account. They say to contact them if I think it's an error, however, I do not remember ever creating an account with them when I first charged ZP. The only thing they needed was an email address. Has anyone experienced this before? If so, is there something up with crossfire's ZP charge system or the company that owns Ultimate Game Card? Anyone with info on this top would be much appreciated.
