I used to play crossfire awhile ago i had this awesome account then i stopped playing for about 2 years (i dont want to start a new account as too much time, effort and money has gone into this one ) ive tried the ticket and had no luck as i cant remember most the information, i have also emailed support about this and i havnt got a reply yet usually it takes 48hours for a reply, i was going to PM saiden about this until i saw the note "dont pm me about accounts", i dont know what to do, i have card details that i used to purchase ZP from the website and i can tell them the location where i created the account and where i last played it ( IP ) and i can remember a last password.
Need all the help i can get thanks.
I appreciate it guys. -
I actually would say DON'T send in another ticket. Just wait for the first one to be answered.
Out of curiosity can you link your ingame profile here?
Just click here:

and copy&paste the new URL back here once your profile is loaded. -
Well actually the last time i sent a ticket was 2 years ago.
But say i send one now can they reply to the ticket like say an email would and would i be able to reply with the information they requested? I want to understand this before i do anything.

Thats my account it may not be the best account out there but its mine and i would like to play on it once again. -
This is how I'm reading it sadly...
You can send a new ticket, sorry for my earlier post. 2 years is a reasonable time to resend your request.
But if you didn't remember the account information then, and cannot now, I don't have a lot of hope for you that you will be able to prove you are the true account holder. There are always people attempting to scam Support with similar situations (NOT THAT I'M SAYING YOU ARE) and that they try to get account information about accounts that are not theirs.
I would really advise you to just start from scratch if you have no luck with this newer ticket you send in. But this time, make one back-up copy of all your account info and keep it in your email, or on a notepad document, or something.

Well sadly I'm not willing to start from scratch. the game is great in all but theres no close by servers and my pings always bad and i die a lot because of it if i have no luck then i will probably stop playing. I might start a new account in the future (who knows there could be more servers then) or if i travel and stay somewhere where the ping is good.
It unfortunate that people try to steal others accounts i mean they could probably have a good one if they put there time and effort into it instead of scamming, hacking ect.
But surely if i give the account details i used to purchase ZP would greatly increase my chances, i have an x password i had on that account which i could also give, and the last little piece is a location like the last ip when the account was logged in well not actual ip but location in the world usa africa canada ect ect. -

Well in the form you can input ZP transaction ID's (basically proof-of-purchases), and you can note the previous password within the Message Details box. But I am saying that the primary details of account information that they, Support, are looking for (at least 2, mind you) is Account Creation Date, Security Question & Answer, and/or your Current Registered E-mail address. These 3 details pretty much are your 2nd line of defense to protect your account from thieves... but very useless if one couldn't construct nor maintain, even after 2 years.
I'm very sorry again, but I highly doubt you'll be able to circumvent the more stringent measures that are around. There's just too many "lost account" stories that just forces Support's hand to up the ante.
Good luck.
Oh and also note, Support does not work during the weekend, so if you did send it today (Friday) then either it was read that day or the earliest would be on Monday.
