security questions

hello i need help from admins, basically i have made my clan "NevaBackDowN" quiet a while a go but i moved clans so i made an account to keep the clan still running because i didnt want to start all over again, i made the account just to have it and keep the clan but i didnt realise that i would need the email and the security questions, is there anyway i could get those reset? so i could put my main account as the leader because i cant really do anything, cant promote to LT or nothing

You're responsible when maintaining correct account information on all accounts you register, including alts.

It's your fault if you just put in random junk for answers. You didn't take the registration seriously enough.

As for your issue, your only avenue is to submit a Support Ticker here:
http://support.z8games.com/index.php?/Tickets/Submit
Under Crossfire, then Account Administration. From there you will need to fill out the form to the best of your ability. I'm sorry if you will be unable to answer questions on there that can demonstrate that you are the true account holder before allowing changes made to it.
