According to VegKiller, that's not tar_21, it's qbz

I dont think the producers thought the qbz_95 is the tar_21^^.the only thing that looks similar is the magazine,everything else is different through.maybe it come out later,but no one said its in the chinese version,and if something isnt in the chinese version,it wont come out in 1000 years.

QBZ is a Made-in-China gun and I don't trust stuff made from there xD

The TAR21 has been suggested so many times, I think the Developers should get the message already that this gun would be perfect for the game. I want the TAR-21, Israeli guns rock. ^_^
