Getting Back Stuff[HELPPLEASE]
Someone Scammed my account while I was on it, but then I quickly changed the PW again, but the problem is he bought silly stupid things in like 4-5 mins.. He also ruined my clan, kicked many people in the same time. Idk how and Idk when, but he got it someway, but not our point. There is a PW change logo and IP adress logos aswell if CF needs to Provide it, I sent a Support ticket about payback stuff but I think it might not work cause two answers I didnt know how to reply on them so I wrote "I Dont Know them" Any help? Suggestions?

Same happened to me today.
j got a keylogger on ur pc, change the pw with another pc and reinstall the pc -

You mean they asked you things like:
What is the security answer
What was the last transaction ID
And you said "I Dont Know them"?
Because if you don't know them then it's most probably not your account and you won't get it back. -

The transaction ID is basically a way to determine, or verify, that you've made the payment in order to receive <insert amount here> ZP. For prepaid cards, it's usually the code that you entered (assuming most of you use prepaid cards like Karma Koin or UltimateGameCard). But just for paypal or something, check your recent payment history and you should be able to find the transaction ID. And the payment option is clear as well; Paypal, AmericanExpress, Karma Koin, UGC, etc etc.
As for the other requirements, I think they're pretty self-explanatory. It will not even take a minute to acquire your IP address. The other information such as your username, password, email, and security answer should also be submitted as well, and I assume that you known all of that.
The thing is, your account doesn't just get hacked/scammed. Nobody can just suddenly be on your account without your login information. You HAD to have given it to the scammer in some way. Another explanation would be that you had been keylogged. Straight forward, you accessed a site which contained malicious softwares and keyloggers.
On a side note, I am also going to remove this to the Technical Support forum. -
According to ToS, that you DID agree to when creating an account, sharing the account or any information of it, voids any liability that Z8 holds on your account. Being keylogged is the only other way of getting your account hacked into if you never gave out your account information. Downloading unapproved third-party programs, torrents, going to third-party websites that hold malicious software(s). Anything that can get information off your computer. If you believe that you have been keylogged, do a thorough scan of your computer with your Anti-Virus. A thorough scan may take some time depending on your hard drive space and usage. An hour or so is worth it since a keylogger can be used to pull bank records as well.

Many People had it actually. And the problem is, Id have them. You see, someone gifted them to me so Its not really me who bought them. and it didnt ask me about Seq Answer btw. -

This is the form for Account Administration. The second section asks for your security answer. Your security question may be different than mine. It does depend on the question you picked during account creation. -

Well that explains it doesn't it? Accounts are not allowed to be sold, given, or even gifted...
So in other terms, this account was not originally yours, which is something that already violates the Terms of Use (ToS which can be found here). I suggest you read from section 1.1 to 2.0.1.That alone is a legitimate reason to have that account permanently suspended/blocked.
You should have been asked the security answer as well, if you were on the right page...

I don't think there is anything else to tell you or suggest for you to do other than negotiating with support. But admitting to them that the account was not originally made by you is enough for them to simply ignore you, if stricter punishments were not taken. I doubt you will be returned the sold items. -
You need to file in a report that your account did get hacked however. Provide them what you lost in the form and they may provide compensation. Just simply asking for compensation when your account got hacked with it not being filed won't go very far.

Don't be angry due to miss-interpretation. That will lead to no where. This MOD is taking his/her time and being patient with you. Then there really is no way Z8 can compensate for the ZP you lost without knowing what was actually bought and for how much ZP the scammer/hacker initially used on what item(s). -

Geez, chill man. I'm well aware that that was not specifically mentioned earlier. I was just making sure, and once again my purpose here is to help you, not to attempt to annoy you. I am doing nothing but to gather and/or interpret information based on what you said here.
As for your account issues on "sold items and clan members being kicked" because someone had been on your account, for the third time, I would recommend you to take it up to support. There is nothing we can do for you here other than telling you to contact support.
