10K zp to whoever fixes my problem.
Hey. I have fps issues. Just bought a new laptop today. It has 2 graphics. 1. Dedicated GeForce gt 745m 2. Integrated Intel hd 4600 graphics. Okay I choose nvidia as my main graphics for everything. The fps I get is 70-90 on low. My processor is i7 4700mq quad core 2.40ghz 8 threads. (3.4ghz max) with intergrated intel hd 4600 graphics I get 150-160fps. The gt 745m is a lot better than intel hd graphics and it gets lower fps. I have put ecerything at low settings and high performance. Drivers are up to date.

You should download GameBooster. It closes all unnessesary files while your playing games. If your FPS is still an issue, its the laptop itself as the problem. But if gamebooster gives you better FPS, than you know you should get rid of those fps reducing programs.

Game booster didn't help. This card can run battlefield 3 at ultra settings and lock at 30 fps. Idk why cf is low as -
It's a mobile chipset. They are a downgraded version of the dedicated card. An APU generally doesn't go far. Intel HD 4600 is pretty much a entry-level gaming GPU. Since you are running on a i7 4/8, the APU will succeed in a few games, but not all. Cross Fire is demanding upon CPU power. Since your CPU has 4 cores and 8 threads, it's working faster as an APU. Hopefully this clarified some sort of your confusion.

You can try to use Gamebooster as they said, but since it doesn't work on you, I'd recommend this :
Go to taskmanager -> Don't use the normal ctrl alt del, but type in the search bar when you press windows button : taskmgr
Start taskmgr with that shield button (Administrative), then start CF, and rightclick on CrossFire.exe. You should see Priority, set this to real time.
Next thing is, a better laptop or computer, since laptops aren't designed to play games. But, most of the people don't want to do this, just like I don't want to do it with my 40-60 (but playable!) fps
You could also close ALL background programs you have running. You could also set ALL of your setting to the LOWEST SETTING. Last thing is to not play games when you don't have the battery plug-in. Since this will drop the FPS as well.
EDIT:
One last thing I forgot to mention is this:
Make sure your drivers are all up to date, even if you just bought your laptop, some drivers may be old and need a fix
Hope this helped!
