GM and MOD Help Program that lowers the ping

I found two programs that lower my ping, I'm using one now and would like to know if the programs are considered illegal programs, and whether they can contribute to the tape that I miss Honorable Soldier. Well I'm using the programs, I'll leave the link here. I do not know if it's wrong to use, but if it is wrong I will not use anymore. I'm worried because I deposit much, I have another account, buy a lot zp.And then some GM or moderator could answer me if it is wrong to use program that lower ping. Just me explaining my current ping without the program is 250-260. with the program my ping drops to 180. Someone please help me

do not use any 3rd party programs, terms of service violation if you do, no matter the intention.
If your ping is 250+, go play a different version of CF anyways, people from SA with high ping are a huge problem these days, hacks notwithstanding.

I used WTFast and got ban for 3 days. I used it to lower my ping in UK servers. It did work, drop my ping from 175 to 120. I think Xtrap thinks its a hack.

Any programs not approved by Z8Games, their GMs, and/or their MODs, are strictly turned against.
