Why can't I log into the Z8Games website?

So I tried to log in to Z8 games on desposit some ZP. As I tried to log in with the correct info (checked multiple times) it said incorrect password. I no longer have access to the email account used on this account.
So I thought my account had been hacked, but out of interest I tried to log in to the game, bam. I could get in - my account was still there and everything was fine. So I restarted my PC thinking it was an issue with my computer but no, I still couldn't log in on the website but I could log on to the game. Does anyone have any idea what I can do? This is obviously a new account I have used to post this.
