black screen problem

after each game, before the results table when the screen goes black, well, that remains. I have to use the task manager to close the game, this happens most of the time, it's weird when you go directly to the table and I can continue playing without having to do all the process of closing and enter again.

What are your computer specifications, does it meet the recommended system requirements? I would have said the minimum requirments but its been outdated for 3+ years.

What operating system are you running? Windows XP seems to have the most issues these days because of how far behind it is, make sure all of your drivers are up to date.

Not my first day in the game. Almost a year ago I'm playing. I never had this problem, and I have another pc with fewer resources and this has not happened even once. The problem has been occurring since the last patch.
