New phone?

I want an ANDROID not an iPhone or a uPhone or a hisPhone k. lol I was thinking about Samsung Galaxy S3/S4 or the HTC One. NOTE: I'm only choosing HTC one because of Boomphones and the layout theme or w/e. Oh and the Beats Audio built in it. Other than sound for HTC One, nothing else.

Note 3 is too big for a phone (my dad has note 2 and it's still big)

If you want more of a iPhone design get the HTC One, my friend got it the day it came out its has a nice design to it. I would get the S4 because of the features but its too expensive.
Check the features between the phones and check out the size too. Many factors can change your perspective on wanting one of these phones.

I have the note 2 but it's laggy after 7 months of using it...
