Hey guys! I've submitted a ticket because someone got to my acc and changed every security option. Do you know how long will it take to get my acc back? I have my ip on which I've played + Documentation of last two purchases. Thanks for answering. P.S. I've submitted the ticket 2 days ago.

Their Query has many departments so it varies depending on how many tickets are sent to that specific department. Since it is a stolen account issue, 5-10 business days, as said above, is the average time for them to respond. If majority of the information you provided is correct in their database, they will manually change the email address to the new email address you provided and reset your security options.
