Forgotten Password and Email

I would like to change the password and email of an account, I haven't played this game in almost a year, and I recently decided to come back.

IGN: Tlalok.

I obviously wont put the Login ID, and I also know that I'm supposed to submit a ticket, but I'm required to provide some transaction IDs, information that I do not possess. Am I supposed to PM and MOD? Since I can't PM the [GM]'s with this problem since it will be ignored

Yes I have, but I do not have the Transaction IDs

The Transaction IDs are sent to the registered Email Address with the account. Since you can't remember your Email, the process will be harder and usually longer for Z8 to partake in an action.

Well, when I tried so submit the ticket, it also asked me for the credit card number, and I believe is the same credit card that I'm still using now. If I provide that, will that be enough?

EDIT: I also know the past IGNs before the curret one, I wonder if that would help to prove that it is indeed my account.

EDIT: NVM, new problem..... I wanna change my email and password, but I need to know the current email, I obviously do not know it. FML.....

Submit a ticket, need about 90% of the information correct for them to manually change your Email.
