you violated terms of service, so You are lucky that you can still even play.
don;t waste their time with a ticket, they have other things to do

Z8 most likely will NOT refund the ZP you spent on your name change. This is because, when creating an account, you abide by the ToS. Agreeing to it also states that you have read and understood it. Since you did break the rule, and agreed to the ToS, you're held liable for your actions.
