    1-3 Days , even though some tickets need a week ( Don't send it on Friday because the Support doesn't reply in the weekend ) That means you have to wait even longer ( but 1-3 days )

    no i havnt downloaded any hacck or fell for a scam ive been playing this game since 2009....
    maybe when i first started i would have fallin for it...but now dont think so... sorry not to be rude but that is not what happend.

    No idea.... monday morning someone kicked me off my account changed the password i was able to change the password again and he changed it to something else and then i changed the email. and now when i go to recover my information it says the email is not in the system
    my first email or my second email and my first email was the same email from the begining...and ive never had this problem ever in my history this is my first support ticket in 4 years.


    Just wondering how long it takes for the mods admins or what ever to reply to my tickets... just an estimated time maybe..

    Trust me your account is worthless compared to somebody's like Danah, or someone else who spend thousands of dollars on this game. I'm sure they would magically log into their accounts before yours.

    You downloaded something and got key-logged, or you gave your info and pass to somebody because you were either trading accounts, or thought you can trust a random Brasilian kid saying "I get u farm".

    There are some hacks out there that can get your account info, but that usually means hacking into Z8's database. There was a hack that was released awhile ago that you were able to get your clan mate's account info. Was a long time ago so it died. There are many possibilities on getting hacked. Not just by downloading a hack or being scammed. There are keylogging viruses that can infiltrate your computer. It can be via Internet Cookies, illegal download(s) of software, or simply opening an anonymous email.
