the black screen problem please all game masters help me !

hey z8 forum
i have a big probleeeeeeeeeeeeem
i installed windows xp server pack 3 yesterday and i installed crossfire but when i login into the game and enter a room i found that nothing on the screen except the radar and the health and the chat and the screen is black please help me

i got tired
i tried to reinstall the game but the problem still happening please help meeee

-Does this happen only in MM / HM / HMX ?
- Did you delete the folder called 'Z8games' when you reinstalled it ( that may be the problem.)
- Thanks for posting screenshots.
