Someone stole my account. Account has been created 2009, I did not give my password to anyone ever. Today I tried to go, but got out error "incorrect password". Antivirus yesterday issued a report that an unknown program tries to run, I clicked prohibit the launch. Today I noticed that the post office received a letter with a request to change the e-mail address and someone confirmed the change. I think it was a virus that stole my passwords. Please contact me, I gave this account 4 years! I wrote to support@z8games.com but no one answer me

When I try to get ticket in other account I have error and ticket not send. What can I do boys?

[unknown program tries to run], That was the keylogger that stole your account, from the hack you was trying to run. So there you have it. Make new account download more hacks and it will happen again. Have a good day.

OK so you don't use hacks you say? Easy then. Just ask the guy that you give all your info to. To give back the account. Two ways to lose a account. 1 use hacks get keylogged. 2 You give your info to someone. End Of Story.

what can I say? stupid kid. are you know how to work keylogger? for what? if I doing that - I get all info what have interess for me. understand? if I played counter-strike using steam account and become steam data - I get it. understand& don't be a kid, think about ur words when you wanna write it. me 27 years old, I am not kid for use hack

Have you used a game card to purchase ZP for the "hacked" account? If so, do you still have the game card you used? Z8 can use the card number to verify that you are the actual owner of the account. PS. STOP DOWNLOADING HACKS...THIS WILL HAPPEN AGAIN!

You can always send a support ticket to recover it back. But you need to know every single detail of that account.
