Such an inconvenience.

I bought a UGC card and redeemed it. everything went through and no zp, now I have to wait 3 days for them to reply to a ticket.. so bs. hire ppl to work weekends people play this game all hours of the day, this means they will buy zp all hours of the day. THAT means hire more people for the weekend. Im not saying 24/7 365 days a year but atleast on the weekends.

    Getting people for the weekends would mean it is a 365 days a year, basically. Given that the regular staff works every day during the week (may or may not include large holidays like Christmas) adding up to 260 days (plus or minus a few due to year starting day and holidays), the additional staff would work the other 105 weekend days. It's just a few days, it'll be okay to wait.

    no its not. customer satisfaction should be #1. and I didnt say anything about being there on holidays so no thats not 365 days a year. Im spending money I want it in a timely fashion.

    I said something about holidays. I was including it in my data. And though customer satisfaction IS number one, you don't buy something from a store on Friday night, go home to realize it's broken, then return Saturday (the workers off day) to patronize them. Everything has to be taken into consideration before purchasing.

    You sent a ticket, that's all you can do. If you didn't get a confirmation email then the transaction didn't go through. I bet you wouldn't like having to work every day of the week going through support tickets of every single player who submits it everyday with the stress that builds up with almost every problem. Everyone needs a break, that's why the support team only works during weekdays. Learn to be patient.
