PayByCash Balance

I sent a ticket last night, 9-11-13, asking a question about the Deposit page. Before the update to that page, when choosing to deposit in a UGC, it would direct you to the PayByCash site where you can sign in to check your balance linked to your Z8 account. Well, since there was not GENERAL section on the support page, I chose CrossFire > Technical Support > Other and asked them. Z8 deleted my ticket and shows no record in the Old Ticket History. Since Z8 refuses to help me, I will point my question to you guys, the players.

When you deposit a UGC through the Deposit page, you go through PayByCash, and it'll ask you to enter the PIN on the card. Now on the same page, it may ask you to sign into your account if you have a balance already linked to Z8. Now, this was before the Deposit Page update. After the update, UGC is being provided by UltimatePay. Where does my balance for PayByCash go to? It didn't go to UltimatePay because the balance I had didn't equivalently transfer over and both providers are separate. So, what do I do?
