wrong section?
i sent out a ticket to change my email but they repiled back saying that it was in the wrong section and i would have to resend the ticket. AND I HAVE NO FREAKING CLUE WHAT SECTION I SHOULD PICK BECAUSE I CHOSE account administartion then register email.
ALSO i dont know my first email!!!!! ( i created this account when i was like 9 -_-) so how do i change my email?

We're sorry for the mixup. Earlier today we were experimenting with a potential feature to increase efficiency.
It went horribly wrong, and a hundred or so people got the same reply you did and some of them were wrong.
I believe you'll be getting an apology and a reply with some better help soon.
