HGW Game Watch stops @Step 3 then gives error later...please read. SCREENSHOT!

HGW Game Watcher stops at "step 3" I get maybe a 2 minute pause, then an error message pops up and says. "failed to connect to server : W[2003] L[0]. Any Suggestions, I deleted all the files in the Xtrap folder, restarted game, it re downloaded, still the problem persist, did the same with HGW (done before for a diff problem in the past and this method worked instead of re-installing) and still... same exact error. I suppose maybe it could be a server is down or something similar on their end? Am I the only one with this issue? Please any info is good info! I am a 2+ year player!
