Changing E-Mail Adress

Hi i have a quite known Problem:

I created my account a few years ago and dont know which Mail Adress I used and i have many Mail Adresses, so i think i would not even know the PW for this adress.

I submitted a Ticket at the Z8 Support and asked if they could change my Adress. I know my Security answer ID+PW. Than they wanted 1 additional info from me.
- Account creation date: lol i guess noone can remember such a date!? Or writes that down (seems a bit ridiculous to me)
- Billing ID: ok i couldnt remember that

-> Headed to the next store and fetched a paysafe card 100€
-> Deposit for 100k ZP + Deposit for 50k ZP (€ is worth more than $)
-> Headed over to the support forum and my Ticket was closed...(not solved yet..)

So i opened a new Ticket and referred to the last one which was unsolved and closed. I entered the additional info that Z8 Games wanted.

Now the answer came 1 week later and i couldnt believe it.

They told me i should not open new tickets about the same issue and this may cause the closure of my account!! Instead of helping me with my Problem! And how the F*** should I provide Information in a closed Ticket, thats not possible!!

I feel like Z8 Games is not interested in helping me with my problem and that makes me a bit angry. Perhaps a GM in this Forum is able to help, when the support isnt. (besides thats their job...)
