M4a1 C-Crystal Ribbon

I have 20 ribbons since four days and I send a ticktet that I can't see the replay of it.it says Error Not Found

The requested URL /Support_ContactHistory.aspx was not found on this server.

Apache/2.2.15 (CentOS) Server at support.z8games.com Port 80

What should I do about M4a1 Cc and this error ?!

send them a ticket .. I hadn't received my Survey Says ribbon for about 9 or 10 days, sent them a support ticket and they was a bit late but yea GM Juicebox resolved it to me and gave me the ribbon
