Support website crashing before a ticket is sent

I've been trying to file a support ticket for the past two days, and whenever I try to submit it takes so long to load that the page ends up crashing.

Anyone else having this problem?

I'm having this issue too and it's FREEKING 2:00 AM now. Toronto (-5 EST time)
I have to get a (didn't get zp after paying issue)
