Increased unstable ping after two updates ago

I've been having some mayor lag issues where I would get extremely unstable ping in games.
As of two updates ago, my ping is 130, where it should be 90-100, spikes up to 140-160 every two minutes when I'm in a room.

I've done everything to see if it's my internet, and it's not.
Everything else works perfectly besides Crossfire, I play other online games and I don't lag in any of them.

Took a test of my internet to see what my ping would be on a server in Toronto, Canada from where I live and these are the results:

I don't know if it's legit, but that's the ping I should be getting in Crossfire.
I've been extremely patient about it, even sent a support ticket to z8 explaining what happened and it never got fixed, last update actually made it worse.
