Hello I want to ask you why can't i nominate a friend my account is from 2011, thank you ?

My friend who is LT COL can't nominate either he has an older account too ?

Only new accounts created after the patch can nominate. Also I think they can not nominate anyone past LT, whether I am correct or not, I am not sure.

Your account must be new so you could nominate (only 1 nomination per account). Once you get past 2nd lieut (Butter bar) you can only get nominated (as many times as other ppl nominate you.)
Correct me if i'm wrong.
